Katie's hands are full of dogs all day, and like a lot of small businesses we get a ton of spam calls — so most phone calls end up going to voicemail. A text gets a real reply, usually within 30 minutes.

Please don't leave voicemails for time-sensitive things. We're not responsible for missed phone calls — but we'll move mountains for a text.
