This Privacy Policy explains what information Katie Bianconi LLC (dba Katie B's Pup Pad) collects when you use https://www.puppad.net or our booking dashboard at https://book.puppad.net, and how we use and protect it.

What we collect

We collect the information you provide on our intake forms — your name, contact details, your dog's information, vaccination records, vet information, emergency contacts, and notes you share so we can care for your pet safely. We also keep timestamps, IP addresses, and browser details on signed agreements for legal compliance under Florida's electronic signature law.

How we use it

Strictly for caring for your pet, communicating with you about appointments and billing, processing payments, and meeting legal requirements. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties outside our small team except (a) when required by law, (b) in a medical emergency involving your pet, or (c) with our payment processor and email provider (Resend) for the limited purpose of fulfilling our services to you.

Photos and videos

By signing our Pet Care Agreement, you tell us your comfort level with photos and videos of your dog. You can choose full permission, photos but not your dog's name, or no public use at all. We respect your choice and you can change it at any time by texting us.

Data security

Your information lives in our encrypted, password-protected booking system. Access is limited to Katie Bianconi and trained staff. Vaccine records and other uploads are stored on Vercel Blob with private access controls.

Your rights

You can request to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you and your pet at any time. Just text 813-603-7387 or email info@puppad.net. We respond within a business day.

Operating policies you agree to

All operational policies — vaccination requirements, fees, cancellation, late-pickup, behavior, transportation, photography release, abandonment, and arbitration — live in full in our Terms & Conditions. Those are the same policies you agree to when you sign our Pet Care Agreement at intake.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a fresh "last updated" date. For substantive changes that affect existing clients, we'll email or text you a notice.
